Hedging Trends

This brand new strategy follows the trend.

It is best for you if:

• You prefer the maximum level of calmness while trading
• You strongly prefer to wait over increasing the risk
• You have a monitored server (VPS) running your trading operations 24/7 (similar to our "President" Pakcage)
• Your broker offers a leverage below 1:100

If the price keeps moving deeper and deeper, it opens SHORT positions as HEDGES. If the price continues its movement down, the short positions make more profit than the original long positions and everything can be closed with profit.

If the price goes up again (like in the image below) long trades are closed and the hedges are managed individually.

Please note, that if the price would move further down, the profits from the hedges would become larger than the loss from the long positions and all positions at once would have been closed with overall profit.

How does it compare to the original strategy?

The original strategy is more aggressive. It is great to make quick profits but requires more margin. The same trade as shown before, would look with the original strategy like this:
